Rough Purchasing
Strategic acquisition of rough diamonds from approved sources, supporting long-term inventory planning and manufacturing needs.
Diamond Sorting & Assortment
Precise sorting and creation of calibrated assortments aligned with manufacturing requirements and market demand.
Quality Control
Centralized inspection and verification to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards before distribution.
Global Distribution
Inventory is allocated and shipped from Ramat Gan to Bichachi sales offices in the United States and Europe.
